• Real-time location data: Lookzon securely collects real-time location data from your device to provide features like Custom Safe Zones (Geofencing), Real-Time Alerts, and Smart Location Tracking.
• Account information: Name, email address, and phone number you provide when creating an account.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, battery level, and app version to ensure reliable alerts.
• Payment information: Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store your card or bank details.

• To detect when a device enters or leaves a Custom Safe Zone and deliver Alerts.
• To display live location and location history to members of your circle.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the reliability of the Service.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To communicate important updates about your account or subscription.

• User data is never sold to third parties.
• Location data is shared only with the members of the circle you explicitly connect with in the app.
• We do not use your location data for advertising.

• All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
• Location data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised systems.
• We regularly review our security practices to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Location history is retained for a limited period and may be deleted by you within the app or by contacting us.

• You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, though core features will stop working.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
• You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your data from our systems.

Lookzon may be used by parents or legal guardians to track the location of their minor children. Accounts must be created and managed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without guardian consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision.
