Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lookzon mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by ORBITAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Aspire Coworks, No. 472/7 Balaji Arcade, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095.

By downloading, installing, or using Lookzon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Lookzon is offered as a paid subscription service with an introductory trial period:

• Trial: The app offers a 1-day trial for ₹5.
• Automatic subscription: After the 1-day trial ends, users will be automatically charged a subscription fee of ₹499 per month.
• Cancellation before trial ends: Users must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid the ₹499 charge.
• Renewal: The monthly subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Managing your subscription: You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Lookzon to:

• Track any person without their knowledge and explicit consent, except where you are the legal guardian of a minor.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

• Lookzon relies on device GPS, network, and sensor data. Accuracy may vary based on device, environment, and connectivity.
• Alerts and geofence notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or missed due to factors outside our control.
• Lookzon is a supplementary safety tool and is not a substitute for emergency services or direct supervision.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Lookzon are the property of ORBITAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBITAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any harm resulting from delayed, inaccurate, or missed alerts.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lookzon if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
