Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Lookzon subscriptions provided by ORBITAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

• The initial ₹5 trial fee is strictly non-refundable.
• The 1-day trial gives you full access to all Lookzon features so you can evaluate the app before the monthly subscription begins.

• For the ₹499 monthly subscription, payments are non-refundable for partially used months.
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
• After cancellation, you retain access to Lookzon until the end of your current billing period.
• No pro-rated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

• Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
• Tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Select Lookzon and tap Cancel subscription.
• To avoid the ₹499 charge, you must cancel before the 1-day trial period ends.

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, issue an appropriate correction.
